# The queue, over time.

Follow the same ERCOT generation and storage projects across monthly reports. Explore projected date migration, county reported progress and equivalent-age first-observed cohorts, with exact members, signed capacity and source observations.

## Where did the same projects’ projected dates move?

Choose a baseline report, projected year, fuel and county to freeze cohort membership. Compare that same group in selected later reports. Graphic areas represent project counts on a common scale; signed baseline MW is reported separately.

## Inspect the exact members

Select a projected year or a movement between reports to list its exact project members. Every member has in-place report observations, including historical records outside the current project directory.

## Compare county reported progress

Compare two Texas counties across two reports. Signed capacity changes reconcile through continuing records, entries, exits and county revisions. Reported construction and commissioning remain observations rather than inferred events between reports.

## Compare projects at the same age.

Freeze membership and initial attributes at the first archived observation, then compare the original cohorts at equivalent calendar ages. Keep original counts in every denominator, distinguish not observed from right-censored targets, and inspect exact members and source hashes. Equal ages span different report periods; this is not a completion forecast.

## Read monthly observations carefully

Not observed in a report does not mean cancelled. Missing and invalid projected dates remain distinct. A commissioned observation can be followed by another reported stage. No record is filled across a gap. First observed means first seen in this archive, not application date.

ERCOTQueue distinguishes reported source fields from independently derived analysis. Queue capacity records development and interconnection activity; it does not establish financing, construction, or commercial operation. Build Chance is a research signal, not a guarantee or investment recommendation.
